If you have read any of my newsletters, my about page, or any other blog posts, you would know that I am incredibly fond of the outdoors, and incredibly gracious of the staff and volunteers at Liberty Park Nature Center of Summit Metro Parks. Yesterday, Saturday, June 7th, 2025, Liberty Park celebrated 10 years of operation. To properly do so, Summit Metropark’s hosted a large scavenger hunt style event where participants could collect “passport stamps” to eventually earn a collectible pin prize. Along the trails, as you were collecting the stamps, you could interact with wonderful community partners such as the City of Twinsburg, Friends of Summit Metroparks, Tinkers Creek Watershed, and volunteers. It was an incredibly informative event, and I am grateful for community partnerships as this that make this the best place to live.
