I had a great time attending the Summit County Metro Parks Maple Mania event and learning more about the ins and outs of the maple sugaring process, the local history, and even trying some of our very own local Twinsburg maple syrup. This was the first year maple syrup was being sold, and I bought half a pint. My breakfast experience has been elevated to new levels since then. Maple Mania has become an annual event I look forward to attending every year.
